Message It sounds like the common leak associated with the Z32' PCV valves. When they clog up, crankcase pressure builds to the point where the rear engine seal leaks small amounts of oil that end up under the car between the engine and the tranny.

My 1990 NA started this some 14 years or so ago. After research on this forum I came upon the fix, which was to replace both PCV valves (one on each side of the engine) and my problem was solved. My car now has 77 000 km (about 50 000 miles) and has never again leaked a drop.

If this describes your small leak (a pool of oil about the size of a silver dollar after sitting overnight after a run), then you have the same problem and fix. If its leaking far more than that, you may need the rear crank seal replaced as well as the PCV valves. Good Luck!
